Homsie sends your clients a handful of automated emails on your behalf. They all come from noreply@gethomsie.com and carry your branding — your logo and brokerage, not Homsie's — so to your client they look like they're coming from you. Here's each one, when it's sent, and its subject line.

Sent when you create a property for someone who isn't in Homsie yet (via Create CMA or an import). Their home is set up and they're invited to sign up.

Sent to a client already in Homsie when you add a new property for them (via Create CMA, a bulk import, or an integration) and the value is approved.

For the monthly valuation emails that go out on your behalf, at the bottom of the email it says "if you want a human-verified evaluation or pricing strategy based on what's happening right now, just click below - your agent will prepare a personalized valuation for you". Then it shows your name, email address and phone number for them to reach out to you. This is how Homsie drives them to request a human verified evaluation and have a conversation with you.
