You can sign in to the Jolly admin dashboard with a code we email you. You will use these steps each time you sign in.
Steps
Go to dashboard.jolly.com. Use the newest Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
Enter your work email. Use the email your invitation was sent to.
Submit your email address. We email you a six-digit code. There is no password to remember or reset.
Enter the six-digit code. You land on Home. See What is in the left sidebar of the admin dashboard? for your tabs.
Which browser should I use?
Chrome and Edge (newest versions) work best. Firefox and Safari (newest versions) also work.
Please use one of the browsers above. Older browsers, such as Internet Explorer, do not work. If the page stays blank, please try a different browser.
Good to know
The first time, use the exact email your invitation went to. A different email will not match your organization.
If you are signed in to Jolly as a member in the same browser, please sign out first. Two sign-ins can clash.
If a code does not arrive, please check your spam folder and confirm your email. Your Owner can also start a Help chat for you.
