For: Owners
Every admin has a role. A role decides which tabs they can use and what they can do in each tab.
What are the three access levels?
Read & Write means they can view the tab and make changes, like create, edit or delete.
Read Only means they can view the tab but cannot change anything.
No Access means they cannot use the tab.
What can each default role do?
Owner has Read & Write everywhere, including Wallet, Billing, Integrations, Security and Roles & Permissions.
Manager has Read & Write on Contacts, Send, Campaigns, Referrals, Attachments, Items and Chatter. Read Only on Home, Intelligence and most Settings tabs. No access to Wallet, Billing, Integrations or Security.
Finance has Read & Write on Home, Wallet and Billing. Read Only on Contacts, Campaigns and Chatter. No access to the rest.
Recruiter has Read & Write on Send and Referrals. Read Only on Home, Contacts, Campaigns and Chatter. No access to the rest.
Staff has Read & Write on Send only. Read Only on Home, Contacts, Campaigns and Chatter. No access to the rest.

Some admins are limited to certain groups. See What can an admin who is limited to certain groups see?
