The left sidebar of the admin dashboard lists the tabs your role can open. This is what each tab does.
What does each tab do?
Home shows recent activity, upcoming birthdays and anniversaries, and your transactions.
Wallet shows your points balance, every transaction and your funding history.
Contacts is your employee list, with each person's membership, adoption and point history.
Campaigns are the automatic point awards for your organization.
Referrals holds job postings and the referral pipeline.
Surveys is where you build surveys and read the answers.
Attachments are files attached to sends and campaigns. Items are the reward items your organization can use.
Intelligence and Chatter are in Beta, which means we are still testing them. Intelligence shows adoption and survey charts. Chatter posts updates to your team, if it is on for you.
Settings holds Admins, Roles & Permissions, Groups, Contact Fields, Email Reports, Billing, Integrations, General and Security.

Good to know
The Send Points button in the top right of every page appears if your role can send points.
Your role decides which tabs you see, as shown in What can each admin role do?
Your organization may not see every tab yet. Some tabs are turned on for different organizations at different times.
