Yes. A retroactive award gives points for something that already happened. Our team is happy to add points for a milestone an employee missed.
Steps
Open Help. Click Help in the left sidebar of your admin dashboard. A chat opens.
Share the details. Please send the employee's name, the milestone or event they missed, the date it should have paid, and the points owed.
Wait for our reply. Our team reviews the details and replies in the chat.

If a problem hurt more than one employee, send one list in the chat. Our team reviews the list and replies in the chat.
