For: Owners, Managers
A hire cutoff is a number of days after a person's hire date. Your organization can set one for referrals. By default, there is no cutoff.
What happens when a referral is past the cutoff?
When someone adds a referral past the cutoff, Add New Referral shows a message.
An Owner can override the cutoff. The Owner must enter a reason.
Managers see the message but cannot override it.
If a person has no hire date, Jolly uses the date the contact was created.
Where can I learn more?
To follow a referral, see How do I track referred candidates through the pipeline?
