How do I track referred candidates through the pipeline?

Find referrals in the Referrals tab, approve them, and follow each card from first stage to hire.

For: Recruiters, Owners

The Referrals tab shows every person your employees referred. A referral is a person an employee suggests for a job. Use this tab to find, review and move referrals.

How do I track referred candidates through the pipeline?

  1. Open Referrals. Click Referrals in the left sidebar. Pick Application to see people, or Job postings to see open jobs.

  2. Find a referral. Search by name, email or referrer, the employee who made the referral. Or click Filter.

  3. Read the card. It shows the job, the referrer, the points earned and how long it has been open. Progress looks like 1 / 1 hrs (1 of 1 hours worked).

  4. Approve or reject. New referrals start in the first column. Click the card, then click Approve or reject. After approval, Jolly moves the card when each step is done.

Good to know

  • Column names match the reward steps on your job postings, so they differ by organization. For example: Application, Approved, Hired.

  • Inside a card, you can see contact details and mark the person as called.

  • You can drag a card that is behind forward. Jolly pays every step up to that stage, tags the card Manual and records which admin moved it.

  • Archived referrals are under View Archived at the bottom of a column.

  • If you are a group-scoped admin, you only see referrals for people in your groups.

  • For how steps are paid, see How do referral bonuses get paid out?
