Jolly pays referral bonuses for you. You do not need to move any points by hand. A bonus goes to the employee who made the referral, not to the person they referred.
When does Jolly pay a bonus?
Each job posting has its own steps. Jolly pays a step's points when that step is done.
Approval means you approve the person. This is the only step that needs an admin.
Hours worked means Jolly adds up the hours it gets from your system. Hours worked before you added the referral count. Jolly pays when the goal is met.
Tenure means days or months since hire. Jolly checks once a day.
The posting sets which steps apply, their order and their amounts. If you are unsure about an amount, please ask your Owner or your Jolly incentive engineer before the posting goes live.
