For: Owners, Managers
Intelligence has two tabs. Adoption shows what share of your people actually use Jolly. Surveys shows how they feel about it, using NPS. Both can be sliced by location, group, branch, state or discipline.
Owners and Managers can see Intelligence. Other roles need access granted by your Owner. Intelligence is marked Beta while we keep tuning it.
Adoption
Jolly Adoption is the share of eligible members who have claimed points at least once. Receiving points is not enough - they have to claim.
Who counts as eligible depends on whether your organization has an adoption campaign selected.
With an adoption campaign selected, an eligible member:
is enrolled in Jolly
has a mobile number on file
has a location on their profile
has earned from that campaign at least once
is not a Jolly staff account
Without one, an eligible member is anyone enrolled who has been sent points at least once. There's no phone or location requirement.
Never counted either way: contacts who never enrolled, and members who have left the organization.
The two charts
Adoption over time - the last 3 months, cumulative. You can compare up to 3 locations or groups at once.
Adoption by group - each bar is the rate inside that group, not its share of your adopters. A branch at 60% means 60% of that branch has claimed.
To see which people haven't adopted rather than just the rate, use the Adoption column and filter on your Contacts page.
Surveys (NPS)
NPS = % promoters minus % detractors. The scale runs from -100 to 100. Above 0 means you have more promoters than detractors.
9 to 10 - Promoter
7 to 8 - Passive. Counts in the total, adds nothing to the score.
0 to 6 - Detractor
Three counters sit above the charts, all of them all-time: Total sent (members who received the survey), Total responses (members who replied), and Response rate (responses divided by sent).
There are two views:
Results - your score, the promoter / passive / detractor split, NPS by quarter, and NPS by group.
Individual Responses - one row per person with their score. Click a row for the campaign, the points awarded, and the date. 50 per page.
Common questions
Why isn't my survey in the list? Only NPS surveys appear here, and only once they've been sent. A survey you built yourself won't show up even if it has a 0 to 10 question - send it from the NPS template instead.
Why did last month's adoption number change? Adoption always uses your current member list, so when people leave they drop out of the history too. It answers "how much of my workforce uses Jolly today".
Why is someone missing from Adoption? If your organization uses an adoption campaign, the usual reasons are a missing mobile number, a missing profile location, or no earnings from that campaign yet. Otherwise the only reason is that they've never been sent points.
Why don't the group bars add up to the headline number? Members with no value for that grouping - no location on their profile, for example - count in the headline but appear in no bar. A member who belongs to two groups is counted in both.
Why do I see "Not Found" or "Anonymous Contact"? Either there's no location on the profile, or the survey was set to anonymous. Anonymous scores still count.
Why don't I see Branch or Discipline as a grouping? You only see the groupings your organization has data for. Locations with a single member aren't offered.
Can I change the date range? Not yet. Adoption shows the last 3 months, NPS is plotted by quarter, and the sent / responses / rate counters are always all time.
