Jolly sends emails about referrals to employees and recruiters. This article lists who gets which email.
Who gets an email?
The referring employee gets an email when their person moves forward, gets hired or reaches a bonus step.
Recruiters get emails about hires and archived referrals.
Referral notifications go only to admins whose group scope includes the person.
What is the Referrals email report?
It is a regular summary that you can set up. Its Needs attention list shows first-stage referrals that nobody called in 7 or more days.
