This guide explains where to find the login details (host, port, username, password) for your mailboxes.
SMTP (Maildoso) mailboxes: export a CSV
Mailbox passwords aren't shown on screen — they're included in the CSV export:
Open Email accounts in the left menu.
To export only some mailboxes, tick their checkboxes on the left (the checkbox in the header selects all; its arrow lets you pick Visible or Filtered rows).
Click Export accounts (top right) and choose Download all accounts as CSV or Download selected accounts as CSV.
Open the CSV: it contains each mailbox's email, password, IMAP host and port, and SMTP host and port (
smtp.maildoso.com, port 587). Upload it to your sequencer as-is, or copy the details into your email app.
Clicking a mailbox on the Email accounts page opens a details panel with its creation date and reputation (Google Score, Microsoft Score and the last reputation check) — login details are not shown there, so use the CSV.
Master Inbox credentials
The login details of your Master Inbox (@maildoso.email) are on the Master Inbox page: click the arrow at the end of the Master Inbox row to expand it and see the user name, IMAP host and port, password, and SMTP host and port. See Master Inbox: setting it up.
Google Workspace mailboxes
Google Workspace mailboxes don't have fixed SMTP/IMAP passwords and aren't connected by CSV. Connect them to your sequencer with Export accounts → Add selected Google accounts to Sequencer — see Connecting Google Workspace mailboxes to sequencers.
To sign in to a Google Workspace mailbox directly, see Logging in to your Google Workspace mailboxes (password and one-time code).
Troubleshooting
CSV doesn't download: check that your browser allows downloads from app.maildoso.com.
A mailbox is missing from the CSV: make sure it was selected, or use Download all accounts as CSV.
Details stopped working: export a fresh CSV rather than reusing an old file — passwords can change after a reactivation.
If a Google Workspace mailbox is stuck in setup or shows "0 available" when you try to create one, that's a provisioning issue rather than a credentials issue — see Google Workspace mailboxes.
