Getting Started with Donor Stewardship in Bonterra Que

Step 1: Open Que

From your Network for Good Dashboard, click the 'Ask Que' button in the upper right corner (or in the bottom navigation panel if you are using a mobile device/tablet) to launch the assistant.

Step 2: Use a Suggested Prompt or Type Your Own

Try prompts like:

Step 3: Review the Suggested Donor Insights

Step 4: Review your Next Steps

Que will return a list of recommended actions you can take to support your Donor Stewardship practices.
