Within the chat interface, users can ask Que to “Which donors should I reach out to today?” or “Help me create personalized acknowledgments for donors most at risk of lapsing.” Que will return a prioritized list of donors along with recommended stewardship activities, ensuring every interaction is timely and meaningful.
This stewardship functionality is designed to reduce guesswork, save valuable time for small nonprofit teams, and build confidence in donor engagement strategies.
