We understand mistakes can happen when sending money. Please read the information below carefully, as transaction cancellations are not possible.


🔄 Can I cancel a transaction?

Once a transaction is processing or marked as successful, it cannot be cancelled, even if you contact our support team.

This is because the funds have already been sent to the payment network or receiving bank, and we no longer have the ability to stop or reverse the transfer.


👤 What if I sent money to the wrong recipient?

If you send money to the wrong recipient, the transaction cannot be cancelled by nsave.

In this case:

  • You will need to contact the recipient directly and request a reversal.

  • Any return of funds depends entirely on the recipient’s cooperation and their bank’s policies.

nsave cannot force a recipient or bank to return funds once they are successfully delivered.


💱 What if I sent money to the wrong currency account?

If you send funds to an account with mismatched currency details, the transaction will usually be automatically reversed:

  • Sending GBP to USD nsave account details → will be automatically reversed

  • Sending USD to GBP nsave account details → will be automatically reversed

⏳ These automatic reversals can take up to 2 business weeks to complete, depending on the receiving bank and payment network.

Before confirming any transfer, please always double-check:

  • Recipient name

  • Account details

  • Currency (USD vs GBP)

This helps avoid delays, reversals, or permanent loss of funds.
