For complimentary, sponsor, partner or guest tickets, no payment was made, so there is nothing to refund. Cancelling simply releases the seat so it can be reallocated. If you hold a complimentary ticket and can no longer attend, please let us know, and if you’d like a colleague to take your place, we can usually arrange that instead. As the allocation of complimentary tickets is often tied to a partnership or invitation, we may check with the relevant team before reassigning it.
