This month's releases focused on the new asset notes feature, where users can now leave notes for their team members against planned asset locations and also on live asset icons. This gives users better information-sharing opportunities within the Dashboard.
Alongside other minor improvements and bug fixes, this release also includes:
Users will now be warned via a modal when they are trying to perform an action that will revoke project approval
On the site planning page, the ruler tool will now 'snap' up to the centre of an asset's planned location, giving you more accuracy when planning you work site
Improvements to the UI for a sleeker-looking Dashboard
Now follow a device's live location by left-clicking on the live location icon, rather than right-clicking
When using the map rotation feature, the rotation will now persist after you leave the map page
HD imagery will not be the default view for your site maps, giving you better visibility instantly

This month's releases focus on the improved project review and approval feature that gives Dashboard users better visibility over specific project approval statuses, as well as a new "review" tab within each project for managing the approval progress.
Also, you'll now be able to manage user roles and archived users from within the "Users tab, rather than within the "Settings" tab.

Now, when you search for your site location by ELR miles and chains, you'll automatically see your chosen location with the ELR map overlay displayed. Making it easier to pinpoint your site's exact location.

You now have more flexibility when setting new start and end dates for duplicated projects

This month's releases have focussed on redesigning the device assignment flow on the Tended Dashboard. You're now able to pre-set device information, such as device nickname or asset type, before assigning them so you can assign devices much more efficiently. You can also now upload a CSV file to assign your devices in bulk, saving you time and effort!

When duplicating your sites, asset planned locations will also be duplicated so there's no need to plan these in again
We've added a car icon to use as an asset type. Why not try using this to plan the location of your site parking!?

These releases have focussed on improving the experience for Tended Dashboard users. Work has been done to improve the satellite imagery we can provide on the Dashboard, for the UK and nationally.

The "C" abbreviation for Chains has been changed to "Ch"
You have a broader range of screen width to view the Dashboard on before you'll get an alert. Screens below 701px will receive a 'device not supported' message
BlueSky imagery is now available for Dashboards to give more satellite imagery options
International HD imagery has been rendered for the use of Tended's safety solutions in Ireland
Dashboard V2.5.0 - 25/06/2024
Release 2.5.0 focussed on a new "Close project" function, where at the click of a button you'll be able to close the project and at the same time remove all devices assigned to it, meaning that the devices are then ready to be reassigned to a future project.

Release 2.4.0 focussed on improvements to some of our existing features. You can now see even more asset cards on the RAG view, as well as a new feature allowing you to filter the RAG view by asset type and individual sites.
Also, now follow your devices' live location straight from the device management table by clicking on the new location icon.

Release 2.3.0 focussed on a new feature in the Dashboard for project approval. You now have a project approval check box for all projects so you know that final checks have been completed and sites are approved in line with your safe work pack.

Release 1.55.0 focused on a new device assignment function. You can now assign devices to individual sites within your projects so devices can receive only the specific safe zone information you want them to. Release 1.53.0 focused on a new function to search location by ELR and mile and chain. Importantly, geofences are now provided to Wearable devices in asset mode improving safe tracking of site equipment. Changes have also been made to the effectiveness of the map search bar for identifying location and the ruler tool.

Devices in asset mode will now alert when outside of a geofence
Function to search location by ELR, mile and chain
Sites can now be viewed in order of start date and time
Ability to draw larger geofences automatically up to an offset of 50m
Sites will show as 'overdue' instead of 'Completed' when passed planned end date but never started
In the project table, hovering over the name, team or manager will now show the full content

Release 1.52.0 focused on making the flow for following assets live much easier within a project. There's a new 'Assets' button which opens up an improved panel. In this panel you can now also search for a particular asset or asset type, as well as see how many assets are live or planned to be at a quick glance.

Sites now autosave every 60 seconds, so you don't lose your geofence planning progress
Can now press enter or return to progress the flow of creating a project
You'll now be prompted to confirm when removing a device from a project, to avoid making a mistake by clicking accidentally
Added an asset marker icon for trolleys
Dashboard V1.51.0 & API 2023.11.2 - 27/11/23
Release 1.51.0 focused on a lot of small but mighty fixes and improvements. This includes:
Updating the Tended logos to our latest brand refresh
Adding more options to the Track ID list for automatically generating geofences
Adding a Engineer Line Reference (ELR) dropdown for the automatic geofence generation feature
Fix for the asset marker sizing
Wearable serial numbers now show in alphanumeric value for ease of reading

Dashboard V1.50.0 & API 1.52.0 - 31/10/23
Release 1.50.0 focused on a big improvement to our asset Wearable feature, adding a new 'follow me' functionality for asset tagging. You can now follow up to six devices in a tab to check assets are where you'd expect them to be on-site.

Sites can now be duplicated even if they're closed.
You can now 'cut' a geofence into multiple to allow for exclusion zones. More information on exclusion zones will be released soon.
Assets will not show last known live locations from previous projects anymore.
Dashboard V1.49.0 - 2/10/23
Release 1.49.0 focuses on general improvements and minor fixes for the Dashboard. New features include the ability to delete a site and choose Track ID's (TRID) when using the automated geofencing feature.
