When running a league and using Round Signups, it may be beneficial to gather information from your golfers when they sign up for a round. These Round Custom Fields are user-defined fields that allow you to track additional player information that is not already captured in your event/league roster Player Profile.
Examples of useful round information to gather might include the tee they are playing, whether they are participating in any of the side games (e.g., Net/Gross Skins), their preferred tee time, playing preference (walking, riding, or caddie), and lunch menu item preference.
Round Custom fields can be exported to an XLS file from the Round Roster.

How to Populate Custom Fields
Populating round custom fields for your players is a great way to capture relevant round information about them. Round Custom fields can be populated during round signup. For more details, Click Here.
Viewing Round Custom Fields
When using Round Signups, you can capture additional player information with Round Custom Fields. You can view the answers to these round custom fields by going to Rounds > Round Player Roster > Round Custom Fields Answers (as shown below).
Note: If a manager changes a player's attendance status from 'not attending' to 'attending' within the Round Player Roster, the round custom fields will not be populated, as seen above for Zackis Jack. If you are a manager and would like to update a player's attendance status from 'not attending' to 'attending' and add custom field data for the round, you can visit the portal from the Apps Menu and complete their round signup.
If you would like these details in an export file for your review, you can also export them to Excel. On this page, click "Export to Excel," and you will be able to review the round custom field data in an Excel file (as shown below).
