Skins / Deuce Pot Carryover
When running skins each round of a league, managers can struggle to track the value of each round’s pot when a previous round has no skins won. We have automated this task by adding the option for managers to have undistributed pots automatically carry over to the next round for Skins, Deuces, Treys, and Birdies competitions. Enable “Round to Round Pot Carryover” in the payout section, and the pot carries over to the next selected round until won.

Still Collecting Event Registration Payments by Check?
Those days are over. As a Golf Genius Tournament Management customer, you already have the tools you need to quickly promote your events, leagues, or clinics while streamlining the registration and payment process. Golf Hub is a TM Club & Club Premium feature that allows you to create and distribute professional looking promotions to your golfers while allowing them to register and pay online.
This year alone more than 1,500 private clubs, public courses, and resorts are already enjoying the benefits of Golf Hub. If you're still promoting your golf events on a bulletin board, posting sign-up sheets around the club, or tracking down payments from golfers, there is a solution – Golf Hub.

GHIN Score Posting Requires GHIN ID and Last Name to Match
When posting scores to GHIN, the Last Name and GHIN ID contained within TM must match the Last Name and GHIN ID in the GHIN system. When the Last Name and GHIN ID do not match, an error message will appear on the score posting page. Requiring matching prevents scores from being posted erroneously to an incorrect GHIN player when a GHIN ID or Last Name is entered incorrectly into TM.

Print Receipt from Transaction History
Many managers must provide receipts to players after they have registered and paid. While a transaction receipt is available to players, there are cases where the Player Dashboard has not been added to a portal by the manager or registration is closed, meaning the player cannot access the receipt any longer. With this feature, managers can generate a receipt for every Registration Payment transaction in the Transaction History.

Remove Email Address from Suppression List
Sometimes, email addresses end up on the suppression list. In the past, removing an email address from the suppression list required a manager to contact support. With this new feature, when a player/member mentions they are not receiving email communication from your account, you can check if the player’s email address is on this suppression list and remove it.

Integrations Updates
______________________________________________
TM Club Premium integrates with more than 50+ software systems. From membership management systems and websites to tee sheets and cart GPS units, it is very likely we integrate with the software you use to run your operation. If you want to learn more about what integrations are available with your software systems, click here.
Below are some recent updates in the area of integrations.
Master Roster Sync: Select Fields
Customers using Master Roster Sync with their club system can now select which fields sync from their membership management system. Managers can navigate to the Customers Settings Menu, click on Integrations, and then the Fields Tab. Easily uncheck the boxes for fields you don’t want syncing into your Master Roster.
Master Roster Sync is available with the following club systems: BRS, Club Prophet, Clubessential, Clubsystems Group, Cobalt Software, Cybergolf, ForeTees, ForeUp, GGGolf, Golf Web Design, Impexium, Jonas, Lightspeed, MembersFirst, Northstar, TenFore, and Vertical Nerve.

Cart Assignment Screen Improvements
Many courses now have cart GPS units allowing for on-course score entry, among other things. TM integrates with five cart GPS systems: Club Car (Visage), E-Z-Go (Pace Technology), TagMarshal, Stay Prime, and IZON. These integrations allow for scores to be entered on the cart GPS unit and automatically synced with your event in TM. Then, leaderboards display on the cart GPS unit.
Setting up the connection between TM and the cart GPS units is accomplished by assigning a cart to players in the pairings. Once assigned a cart number, the pairing group moves to the bottom of the page, and the next unassigned group moves to the top. This enhancement simplifies cart assignment and eliminates scrolling to find the next pairing group.

NEW! RepSpark Microsite Integration
Offering custom-fit tee gifts for your golf event is a great way to elevate the overall experience and leave a lasting impression on participants. However, when offering tee gifts, it can be challenging to chase down golfers and collect order details while avoiding mistakes. Now, with RepSpark and Golf Genius, managing event tee gifts has never been easier.
To connect with a brand that has subscribed to the Microsite tool, Join RepSpark Community for free and navigate to the Microsite tab (as shown below) when viewing all brands.

Override First Name for Player Handle
When using Master Roster Sync, often the First Name field is the golfers' legal first name and not their preferred first name (e.g., Bill instead of William). This can cause a less-than-ideal experience for the golfer seeing their legal name on a leaderboard or cart sign rather than their preferred name.
The new Override First Name option for computing a Player Handle in the Event/League Profile solves this problem by allowing the manager to select a Custom Field to replace the First Name field. The Player Handle recomputes using the selected Custom Field plus the Last Name. If the Custom Field has no data, the First Name field is used instead.

Upload PDF as Portal Page
______________________________________________
For many years TM has allowed managers to upload a PDF to a Custom Image Page to convert it into a single scrollable page. This feature was limited to PDFs having five pages or less, but that limit has now increased to 10 pages. Try this easy option for tournament booklets, rules documents, or any other PDFs you have created.

Remove Emails from Suppression List
______________________________________________
Sometimes email addresses end up on a suppression list for a variety of reasons. In the past, removing an email address from the list required a manager to contact our support team. With this new feature, if a player/member mentions they are not receiving email communication from your account, you can check if the player's email ended up on this suppression list and remove it.
For full details, refer to our Knowledge Base article.
Custom Logo for Player on Leaderboard
______________________________________________
This new feature allows a custom logo to be displayed next to a player's name on the leaderboard. For example, on the leaderboard below, the PGA Member logo is used for each PGA Professional in the field. This logo can be uploaded and selected in the Logos, Banners & Backgrounds area and then enabled on an individual player basis in the player's Event Roster profile.
Contact Support or your Account Manager to enable this feature in your account.

New Multi-Round Tie-Breaking Methods
______________________________________________
Several associations required additional tie-breaking methods for multi-round tournaments.
Pick the Best Round and then Last 9, 6, 3, 1 holes: Break ties by taking each player's best round and then compare the last 9, 6, 3, and then the final hole.
Compare rounds from last to first: Compare the scores from the last round to the first, and then if a tie still remains, we compare the last 9, 6, 3, and the final hole on the last round.
Cumulative of all Last 9s, 6s, 3s, 1s holes: Add all round holes scores together for each player, and then compare the cumulative last 9, 6, 3, and the final hole to determine the winner of the tie.
