Printer and Print to Fax 401 error:
An update has been made and you may find that your Printer or Print to Fax application has refreshed and is now showing you a 401 error.
Please open the application, you can do this by typing Updox into your windows search bar and clicking on the application (UpdoxPrint or Updoxfax)
Once open, please navigate to SETTINGS and re-enter your printer credentials.
*Please remember that you can only use your Updox Username and Password OR the integration key, not both.
For Practice Fusion or Dr. Chrono customers - please navigate to menu/profile/settings and find your generated printer credentials or use your practice integration key instead.
Search
After open click settings
Enter your integration key or user name and password - Hit save - Test Connection - and close.
