How many prospects can I import?
From LinkedIn
LinkedIn limits search results to 1,000. You can browse up to page 100 (10 results per page) — there is no page 101. If your search has more than 1,000 results, split it into smaller searches (by region, for example) to import everyone.
From Sales Navigator
Sales Navigator limits search results to 2,500 (100 pages of 25 results). Same rule: split large searches to go beyond that limit.
💡 Good to know: Import from a Sales Navigator prospects list
Imports from a list are limited to 2,500.
If your list has more than 2,500 prospects, display it in a search using the "Workflow" filter → "Belongs to list XXX" in Sales Navigator.
What's a "LinkedIn Member"?
On LinkedIn, you only have access to profiles within 3 degrees of connection. People outside that circle appear as "LinkedIn member" — their profile is hidden and Waalaxy cannot import them.
You need to grow your network before you can import those prospects. 👥
What are duplicates?
Waalaxy handles duplicates automatically. 😎
Duplicates are prospects already in one of your lists or a teammate's list. Waalaxy identifies them during import and skips them so no prospect gets contacted twice.

You can move duplicates into your new list instead of skipping them:
From the import modal, go to "Settings".
Turn on "Move duplicates to import list".
What is anti-duplication security?
This feature is only included in the Team subscription. It prevents importing prospects already in any teammate's app.
What are the limits of prospects in your app?
Freemium version: Maximum of 10,000 prospects in the app and 1,000 prospects per list.
Pro, Advanced, and Business plans: Maximum of 50,000 prospects in the app. Prospects per list: unlimited. 🔥
💡 Good to know
Hit the cap? You won't be able to import more until you delete some.
Hit the per-list limit (Freemium)? Remove or transfer prospects from that list first.
Why aren't all my prospects imported?
Duplicates detected: A prospect already in your Waalaxy app won't be imported again. 📖 Learn more about duplicates.
Prospects outside your network: Profiles beyond your 3rd-degree connections are hidden on LinkedIn. Waalaxy cannot access or import them.
Search result limits:
More than 1,000 results in a standard LinkedIn search.
More than 2,500 results in a Sales Navigator search.
Previous imports: If you already imported this search, it resumes from where it stopped.
Prospect limits in your app:
Freemium: 10,000 max.
Pro, Advanced, or Business: 50,000 max.
False positives: The Clean My Import feature filters out prospects whose job titles don't match your search keywords.
Is it possible to launch two imports simultaneously?
❌ No.
Wait for your first import to fully complete before starting a second one.

Import doesn't start or complete
If your import gets stuck, follow these steps:
Make sure you pasted the correct LinkedIn search URL.
Refresh the page and try the import again.

Not all prospects are imported
Duplicates: Anti-duplication control found prospects already in your lists.
False positives: Job titles didn't match your search keywords due to the Clean My Import feature.
Out of network: LinkedIn hides profiles beyond 3rd-degree connections ("LinkedIn Member"). They can't be imported.
Search result cap: LinkedIn shows a maximum of 100 pages — 1,000 prospects for a standard search, 2,500 for Sales Navigator. 📖 How to do a good LinkedIn search.
Verify URLs (CSV imports)
1️⃣ Make sure you're using personal profile URLs, not company pages.
Example: A URL like https://www.linkedin.com/company/waalaxy-fr/mycompany/ is a company page — it won't work.
2️⃣ Watch out for formatting issues.
Example: Double slashes after /in/ — replace /in// with /in/. 🚀
