Connect ShipHero to yayloh. yayloh creates a return order in ShipHero for each return, and when your warehouse completes it, the inspection result shows in yayloh automatically.
You need admin rights in ShipHero, or help from your 3PL or ShipHero support.
Step 1: Get your ShipHero tokens
Create an access token and a refresh token in ShipHero. See ShipHero's guide: How to obtain API access and refresh tokens.
Step 2: Add ShipHero in yayloh
Go to Settings > Stores & warehouses and open the Warehouse Integration tab.
Under Warehouse management system, choose SHIPHERO.

ShipHero support can help you set it up.
Step 4: Ask us to turn it on

For your warehouse: complete a return in ShipHero
Go to Returns > All Returns and find the return by the order number on the return label.
Enter the quantity received and restocked for each item.
When all items are in, mark the RMA as Warehouse Complete.
In yayloh, returned items show as Inspected OK, and cancelled items as Not OK. Find them in the Inspected OK and Action needed tabs in Manage v2.
