Connect NYCE to yayloh. When your warehouse inspects a return in NYCE, the result shows in yayloh automatically.
Get your NYCE details from your warehouse or 3PL. They can give you the values below.
Step 1: Add NYCE in yayloh
Go to Settings > Stores & warehouses and open the Warehouse Integration tab.
Under Warehouse management system, choose NYCE.
Fill in the fields below, then click Confirm and Apply changes.

PASSWORD | Your NYCE API password |
CLIENT_CODE | Your client code in NYCE, for example |
WAREHOUSE_CODE | Your warehouse code, for example |
INSPECTION_URL | The path for return deliveries, for example |
Step 2: Add the webhook in NYCE
This sends inspection results back to yayloh. Ask your warehouse to add a webhook for return updates with this URL:
https://prod-generic-webhook-valines.yayloh.com
Step 3: Ask us to turn it on
Let us know at support@yayloh.com once steps 1–2 are done. We'll turn on the data flow on our side and confirm when it's active.
What happens next
When your warehouse inspects a return in NYCE, it shows in yayloh as Inspected OK or Not OK. Find them in the Inspected OK and Action needed tabs in Manage v2.
