yayloh has a two-way integration owned and managed by Shelfless WMS. When a customer initiates a return, yayloh automatically pushes event details to Shelfless. Once warehouse personnel inspect the returned products in Shelfless, inspection updates are posted back to yayloh, making real-time status visible to customer support teams via the yayloh dashboard.
Note: This integration is owned and set up by Shelfless. yayloh provides the outbound event pipeline, while Shelfless uses yayloh’s API documentation to post inspection results via the endpoint titled "Create a return item inspection".
With the yayloh x Shelfless integration, retailers will be able to:
Automatically push return creation events to Shelfless's receiving endpoint.
Automatically receive real-time inspection updates in yayloh when Shelfless warehouse staff inspect and process incoming returns.
