Connect ShippingBo to yayloh. yayloh creates return orders in ShippingBo, and when your warehouse inspects them, the result is sent back to yayloh automatically.
Step 1: Add ShippingBo in yayloh
Go to Settings > Stores & warehouses and open the Warehouse Integration tab.
Under Warehouse management system, choose SHIPPINGBO.
Enter your RESOURCE_OWNER_ID and ORDER_SOURCE (see below), then click Confirm and Apply changes.
Where to find the values
RESOURCE_OWNER_ID: in ShippingBo, click your profile name at the top right and open your account or API client settings. The number at the end of the URL is your ID, for example
1234inapp.shippingbo.com/#/apiClient/1234.ORDER_SOURCE: the identifier of the sales channel connected to ShippingBo. In ShippingBo, it's called "Source de commande" or "Origine des commandes".
Step 2: Authorize yayloh
Click Authorise below and log in to ShippingBo with an admin account.
Accept Approve yayloh. This lets yayloh read orders, products, return orders and webhooks.
Check that you see the success message.
Let us know at support@yayloh.com, so we can finish connecting your account.
Step 3: Add the webhook in ShippingBo
This sends inspection results back to yayloh.
In ShippingBo, go to Settings > Webhooks.
Paste this URL:
https://prod-generic-webhook-valines.yayloh.com/
Save.
That's it. ShippingBo and yayloh are now connected both ways.
