Migration Process walk-through

Please note that the below steps will be valid once we enable the migration for you.


Step 1: Disable Email Notifications

Before starting the migration, please disable email notifications by following the guidelines shown below to prevent customers from receiving unnecessary emails during the transition.​


Step 2: Click "Initiate Migration"

Once the emails are disabled, click "Initiate Migration" to begin the process.


Step 3: Select Your Current Platform

You will be prompted to choose the platform you are migrating from:


a) Shopify App (Using Shopify Checkout)

If your current subscription app in Shopify uses Shopify Checkout to process subscription payments, select "Shopify App" as your platform.


b) Other Platforms (Using External Checkout)

If your existing platform is hosted outside Shopify or uses a third-party checkout system, select "Other Platform". This applies to:

  • Shopify subscription apps that use their own checkout instead of Shopify Checkout.

  • Platforms such as WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, or other non-Shopify ecosystems.


Step 4: Follow Migration Instructions

After selecting your platform, follow the step-by-step instructions provided for your specific migration path.
