This article will show you step-by-step how to apply for a change of your Baji account's registered email address.

Guideline for the Email Change Process

To ensure your account's security, the email address cannot be changed directly from your profile. For this, you must send a formal request to our customer support team.

The most important rules for sending the email:

  • The email must be sent from your new email address. This helps us verify that you own the new email.

  • Email Address (To): support.bd@baji.live

Please use one of the two formats below, based on your situation.


Email Format (For all general users)

If your account is active and you have made transactions or bets, please use this full format.

Subject: Change Account Details – Email Address ([Write Your Username Here])

Email Body:

Hi, I am requesting to change my account's email address.

  • Username: [Your Username]

  • Full Name: [Your full name, as per the account]

  • Date of Birth (Day/Month/Year): [Your Date of Birth]

  • Phone Number (Active): [Your registered and active phone number]

  • Old Email: [Your current/old email address]

  • New Email: [The new email you want to add]

  • Reason for change: [Write briefly, e.g., cannot access current email, typo at signup, was not verified, etc.]

  • Last Deposit: [Amount] – [Date & Time, if you remember]

  • Last Withdraw: [Amount] – [Date & Time, if you remember]

  • Last Bet: [Game/Event Name] [Amount] – [Date & Time, if you remember]
