Rules for Deleting, Closing, or Permanently Blocking an Account
This article explains whether it is possible to permanently delete or close your Baji Live account if you no longer wish to use it, and what you should do in this situation.
Is it possible to permanently delete or close an account?
Please be informed that once an account is registered on Baji Live, there is currently no direct process in our system to completely delete or permanently close it.
Why can't an account be permanently deleted?
This policy has been adopted primarily to maintain user security and platform transparency. The main reasons are listed below:
User Security: To ensure the safety of your account's personal information and funds.
Transaction Transparency: To keep records for any future transaction accounting or dispute resolution.
Data Preservation: All account information and records are stored in the system to meet legal and regulatory requirements, which allows for verification if needed in the future.
What should I do if I no longer want to use the account?
If you do not want to use the account either temporarily or permanently, the easiest solution is to voluntarily stop logging into the account.
This will result in the following:
Keeping the Account Inactive: If you do not log in for a long time, the account will automatically go into an 'Inactive' state.
Data Security: During this inactive period, all your account information will remain completely secure in our system.
Reactivation: If you ever want to use the account again in the future, it will become Active again simply by logging in with your old username and password.
