Can I Change My Full Name?
Yes, but only in specific cases and by following a strict verification process.
For security reasons, you cannot change the "Full Name" on your account directly from your profile. This is a critical security measure to protect your identity, prevent fraud, and ensure that all your transactions are secure.
However, if you made a genuine mistake during registration (e.g., a typo or spelling mistake) or your legal name has changed, you can request a correction by sending a formal email to our support team.
How to Submit Your Name Change Request
To make this request, you must send an email from your registered email address to support.bd@baji.live.
This process is required so our team can verify that you are the true owner of the account before making any changes to sensitive personal data. Incomplete requests will be delayed or rejected.
