📢 Information on Account Adjustments: Causes and Policies

1. Are adjusted funds refundable?

The short answer is: No. Adjusted funds cannot be returned to your account. If Baji authorities adjust (deduct) money from your account, no assistance can be provided to restore those funds, as these decisions are final.

If the Baji authorities have adjusted (deducted) funds from your account, we are unable to provide any assistance in returning those funds. This decision is final and, unfortunately, irreversible.

2. Why are adjustments made?

Adjustments generally occur for two main reasons: System/Betting-related factors and Security/Policy violations.

A. System or Betting-related Factors (Where balance may become negative):

Sometimes users notice their balance has become negative (—). This usually happens due to:

  • Liability: When placing a bet, especially a "Lay" bet on the Exchange, your account must cover the required liability. Due to technical timing or rapid betting, if the liability amount exceeds your available balance, the system adjusts the remaining balance, which may result in a negative (—) figure.

  • Settlement Corrections: If a bet was incorrectly settled in your favor and the error is later corrected, the system will adjust (deduct) the excess funds.

⚠️ Important Note on Negative Balance: Many users mistakenly believe they can continue playing immediately after depositing while having a negative balance. The Correct Rule: If your account has a -500 BDT balance and you deposit 500 BDT, your current balance will become 0 (Zero). The new deposit is first used to settle the previous negative or outstanding balance. Betting Condition: You cannot place new bets if your balance is zero or negative. To play again, you must deposit an amount greater than your negative balance.

  • Betting Condition: You cannot place any new bets while your balance is zero or negative. To start playing again, you must deposit more than your negative balance amount.

B. Policy Violations or Risk Team Actions:

Baji has a professional Risk Team that monitors account activity. If irregularities are found, funds are deducted as a penalty. In these cases, the balance usually does not turn negative; the existing balance is simply removed.

3. Examples of Prohibited Activities (Leading to Adjustments)

The following actions violate terms and conditions and may result in fund deductions:

  • Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account per user is strictly prohibited.

  • Referral Fraud: Creating new IDs using your own referral link to claim bonuses.

  • Cross-betting: Using different Baji IDs to bet on opposite outcomes of the same event. This is typically verified through IP Address tracking.

  • Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting price differences to cover all outcomes for guaranteed profit.

Important Advice: Always use a single ID and a single device. Ensure you use your own personal device when creating an account.

Future Precautions & Guidance

To keep your funds safe in the future, please follow these guidelines:

  • Single ID: Stick to one account and one specific device.

  • Cautious Betting: Before placing "Lay" bets, ensure you understand your Liability to avoid a negative balance.

  • Compliance: Strict adherence to Baji Live’s terms is mandatory. Violations may lead to a permanent account ban without prior notice.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Why was money deducted from my account?

Answer: First, please check your transaction records to see whether the money was withdrawn or deducted as an adjustment. Kindly review your account and let us know what exactly is shown there. If neither of these applies, please check your bet records to see whether you placed a bet on any game. If you believe none of these apply, please inform us.

2. Money was deducted from my account as an adjustment. Why?

Answer: There may be two possible reasons:

1. If you violate the platform’s rules (for example: multiple accounts or cross-betting). 2. If, during betting, a technical issue causes your balance to be lower than the required liability amount, the system may automatically adjust the amount from your balance.
If you want, I can also make it more professional for customer support replies.

3. Can I get the adjusted money back?

Answer: No. According to platform policy, adjusted funds are non-refundable. This is considered a final decision by the Risk Team.

4. Why is my balance showing a negative (—) sign?

Answer: This typically occurs in "Lay" bets or Exchange betting. If the liability of your bet is higher than your current balance, the balance turns negative. It can also happen during the correction of an incorrect settlement. However, please remember that if there is insufficient balance in your account or if your balance is zero, you will not be able to place any new bets.

5. My money was deducted, but why isn't my balance negative?

Answer: When funds are removed due to rule violations (like fraudulent bonuses), the Risk Team only removes the existing or earned funds. In such cases, the balance is adjusted but not forced into a negative state.

6. How can I avoid adjustments in the future?

Answer: Always use one ID and one device. Do not create accounts under your own referral link. Carefully check your balance and liability before confirming Exchange bets.

7. What happens if I engage in Cross-betting or Arbitrage?

Answer: These activities are strictly forbidden. If detected via IP tracking, your balance may be seized, and your account could be permanently closed without notice.
