Verifying your personal information, such as your phone number, is important to keep your Baji account and financial transactions secure and to ensure full compliance with the platform's policies.
This article will guide you step by step through the process of verifying the phone number linked to your account.
Step-by-Step Process to Verify Your Phone Number
Log in and go to your profile: First, log in to your Baji account using your User ID and password. Then, go to the "Personal Information" section.
Start the verification: In the "Personal Information" section, you will see your registered phone number. If it has not been verified, a "Not Verified" button will appear next to it. Click on this button.
Request a verification code: A new window will open. Click on the "Send Code" option. The system will send a 4-digit OTP (One-Time Password) to your registered phone number.
Enter the OTP code: Enter the code sent to your phone in the designated field and click the "Submit" button.
Important: The OTP code is valid for 5 minutes only.
Once the verification is completed successfully, the "Not Verified" status will change to "Verified".

Where Can You Find the OTP Code? (Important Update)
After requesting the verification code, check the following locations:
Check WhatsApp
Under Baji's new system, OTP codes for phone number verification and password recovery are now also sent via WhatsApp for your convenience.
First, check the WhatsApp account linked to your registered phone number.
You will find a new message from Baji containing the verification code.
What Should You Do If You Do Not Receive the Code? (Troubleshooting)
If you do not receive the code after waiting for some time in your WhatsApp or SMS inbox, follow the steps below:
The OTP will be sent to the WhatsApp account linked to your registered phone number.
Check your WhatsApp inbox.
Make sure your phone has a stable internet connection.
Wait at least 15–30 minutes before trying again.
Try using a different device or browser.
You can request a password reset a maximum of 5 times per day.
Make sure your registered phone number has been verified.
If you do not have WhatsApp on your registered phone number, create and activate a new WhatsApp account using the same number.
