Are you seeing a "Session expired" pop-up message on your screen and finding that you have been automatically logged out? Don't worry, this is a normal and secure process.

Why Might You Be Logged Out Automatically?

Your session may expire for any of the following reasons:

🔒 Inactivity for an Extended Period

To help protect your account, the system may automatically end your session if there is no activity for a certain period of time.

📱 Logged In from Multiple Devices or Browsers

If the same account is accessed from multiple devices, browsers, or different locations, one of the active sessions may be terminated for security reasons.

🌐 Unstable Internet Connection

If your internet connection is interrupted or unstable, your device may lose connection to the server, causing your session to expire.

🧹 Cache or Cookies Issues

Outdated or corrupted browser/app cache and cookies can sometimes interfere with your login session and cause unexpected logouts.

How to Log Back In

Fixing this is very simple. Follow these steps to access your account again:

  1. Click the orange "Log in" button located at the bottom of the pop-up message on your screen.

  2. Enter your correct Username and Password on the login page.

  3. Complete the login process and resume your normal activities.

What to Do If You Have Trouble Logging In

If you still face the same issue after trying to log back in, or if the page fails to load, please check the following:

  • Internet Connection: Verify that your internet connection is active and stable.

  • Browser Users: Clear your web browser's cache and cookies (e.g., Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera), then refresh the page.

  • App Users: If you are using the Baji Live app, clear the app's cache from your phone settings and reopen the app.

  • VPN: If you are using a VPN, turn it off and try logging in again.

  • Duel login: Refrain from logging in from multiple devices or browsers.
