The Ultimate Reasons for Permanent Baji Account Deactivation

This article explains why an account is permanently deactivated on the Baji platform and the specific reasons behind this decision.

Account Status: Active vs. Permanently Deactivated

On the Baji platform, an account can have two statuses: either it is Active or Permanently Deactivated.

It is extremely important to remember that Baji never makes an account "Inactive" or non-functional just because it hasn't been used for a long time. The only reason for an account to be permanently closed is a serious violation of the platform's rules and terms & conditions.

The Real Meaning of the ‘Account is not active’ Message

If a user sees the "‘Account is not active’" message when logging in, it does not mean the account is temporarily inactive.

Instead, its clear meaning is: The account has been permanently closed due to a rule violation and it is no longer usable.

The Serious Reasons Why an Account is Permanently Closed

Baji's relevant department decides to permanently close an account for one or more of the serious violations listed below:

1. Fraudulent Activity

Any type of fraudulent act that harms the platform's transparency and security. For example:

  • Playing using illegal software, bots, or any other scripts.

  • Attempting to unethically influence the outcome of any game.

  • Abusing any of the platform's technical vulnerabilities or bugs.

2. Bonus Abuse

Unethically taking advantage of the platform's bonuses and promotional offers by not following the rules. For example:

  • Creating multiple accounts solely for the purpose of receiving the Welcome Bonus.

  • Abusing the Referral Bonus (e.g., referring oneself multiple times or creating fake accounts to claim the bonus).

  • Using abnormal or prohibited strategies to meet Wagering Requirements.

3. Having Multiple Accounts

According to Baji's policy, one user can only operate one account. Running multiple accounts is a serious violation. The system typically identifies this based on the following information:

  • Using multiple accounts from the same IP Address.

  • Running multiple accounts from the same device (mobile or computer).

  • Using the same person's name or the same payment account details across multiple accounts.

Final Decision and Resolution

For the reasons mentioned above, Baji's relevant department decides to permanently close the account. This decision is final and irreversible.

Once an account is permanently closed, there is no chance of reactivating it in any way.

Special Note: ‘Locked’ and ‘Deactivated’ Accounts Are Not the Same

These two things are completely different:

  • Account Locked: This usually happens for temporary security reasons (e.g., entering the wrong password multiple times). It is possible to reopen it through identity verification.

  • Account Permanently Deactivated: This is done as a punishment for the rule violations described in this article. This account is closed permanently and cannot be recovered.
