Can I have more than one account with Baji?

No. You are only permitted to hold one active account with Baji and any subsequent registrations will not be permitted. Baji reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts permanently in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

If you encounter issues with a phone number or email that is already linked to an account, you will not be able to reuse it for creating another account. Instead, you must register using a new unique identifier such as a different email address or phone number. Additionally, for cases involving duplicate accounts, identify the account you prefer to retain, reset its password using the associated phone number, and ensure all other accounts are disassociated to comply with Baji’s policies.

General Guidelines for Account Creation You cannot use the same email or phone number to register a new account. Always ensure you use new and unique identifiers for every registration.

Steps for Managing Duplicate Accounts

  1. Identify the account you wish to retain.

  2. Reset the password using the phone number associated with that account.

  3. Ensure any duplicate accounts are properly disassociated or closed to remain compliant with Baji’s terms.

Instructions for Creating a New Account

  1. Click the “Sign Up” button on the Baji app or website.

  2. Enter your desired username and phone number, then choose "Continue."

  3. Create and confirm a secure password to finalize your registration. Ensure the username and phone number are unique and have never been used before on the Baji platform.
