What is the recommended testing protocol for Eli Cortisol tests?

Testing continuously helps you make more informed adjustments to your wellness routine! Begin by testing twice a day:

  • Morning test: As soon as you wake up, or within the first hour.

  • Evening test: Anytime between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

This helps you measure what's known as your diurnal curve—a natural rhythm in your cortisol levels throughout the day. You can track it as often as you like, but the Eli team recommends checking it at least every two weeks.

You can also do spot tests—single tests taken after specific events or activities, such as:

  • After a workout, to understand your recovery

  • Following a stressful moment

  • Post-meeting or presentation
