Yes β and this is important. The Eli app interprets your cortisol level relative to when you woke up, not the clock time. So if your level is 6 ng/mL within 30 minutes of waking, that will read as in-range whether you woke at 6am or noon.

If you have an atypical sleep schedule (like night shifts), your cortisol rhythm may look different from the "textbook" pattern, and that's expected. What matters is the level in relation to your personal wake time.
