Step 1: Create a Project and Scenario
From the Dashboard, click + New Project and complete the popup. The scenario appears on the Dashboard, ready to open.
Step 2: Enter Inputs
Click the scenario name to open it, then work through Land, Costs and Sales using the navigation tabs.
Customise tabs and rows to match the project. Cost Assist can preload typical cost lines for the development type, all editable.
Inputs can be revised at any time as a project progresses. Each section has its own guide in Using Feasly.
Step 3: Schedule the Project
Open Scheduling. Set the project start date and length, then drag each phase and line item to when it occurs.
Scheduling drives every cashflow, funding and returns figure, so this step is what turns a set of totals into a project.
Step 4: Build the Funding Stack
Open Funding. Add each debt and equity source, then use Cost Coverage to allocate which source covers each cost category.
Drawdowns, interest and repayments calculate automatically against the schedule.
Step 5: Review Reports
Open Reports. Everything generates automatically from the inputs entered and updates in real time.
Project and Risk reports are available as soon as Land, Costs and Sales are entered, so a feasibility can be sense-checked before scheduling. Cashflow, Funding and Returns reports need Scheduling complete.
