Welcome to Feasly!
Feasly is not a dressed-up spreadsheet with fragile formulas and macros. It's purpose-built property development feasibility software with a powerful structured logic engine that connects every input, calculation, and report in real time.
New software always takes a little getting used to but Feasly is designed to feel intuitive quickly, while running complex modelling logic behind the scenes. You don't need to know everything on day one.
How Feasly works
Four input sections. One calculation engine. Every figure and report updates in real time across the platform.
Adding Your First Project
Step 1 — Create a Project and Scenario
From the Dashboard, click + New Project. Complete the popup and your scenario appears on the Dashboard ready to get started.
Project: the site.
Scenario: the feasibility.
Add and duplicate many scenarios as you need in a project
Step 2 — Enter Your Inputs
Click your scenario name to open it.
Move through the four input sections in order using the navigation tabs at the top. Update and revise inputs as project progresses.
Sections and Categories
Each section contains categories you can customise to match your project structure:
Tabs: organise line items into tabs. If a consultant has a schedule of fees (e.g. Architect, Town Planner) add them as a separate tab. All items roll up to the category total. Add as many tabs as needed.
Rows: add or delete individual line items within each tab. Reorder rows using the category options beside the row header.
Rate types: use the dropdown to select the rate type that suits each line item.
GST: enter amounts in any GST configuration. Feasly converts to Ex GST automatically.
Already have a spreadsheet feasibility? We can migrate it into your dashboard. Message us via in-platform chat and we'll take care of it.
Step 3 — Read your Viability Reports
Click Viability in the navigation. Reports are auto-generated from your inputs in real time, no extra steps required.
Feasly Pro users: completing Scheduling unlocks the full Financial Reporting Suite. See Scheduling & Reports.
