Summary
A Termite Recommendation is a reusable, standardized suggestion that a tech can add to an inspection report — typically a treatment, repair, or corrective action tied to what was found. Each one pairs a short Code with the full Text of the recommendation and an optional Price, so techs can build consistent reports and estimates in the field without retyping. This keeps your recommendation language uniform and your pricing accurate across every termite job.
Key Points
Each entry has a Code (shorthand), Text (the full recommendation), and a Price
Techs add these to termite inspection reports on the mobile app
Standard wording and set pricing keep reports consistent and estimates accurate

How to Create a Termite Recommendation
Click the New Termite Recommendation button in the upper right, then fill in the fields:
Code — the short, shorthand techs will select (keep it brief and easy to remember).
Text — the full recommendation wording, exactly as it should read on the report.
Price — the standard price for this recommendation, used when it's added to an estimate. Leave blank if it isn't a priced item.
Click the green Create button to save.
Tips for Setting Up Termite Recommendations
Pair recommendations with your findings — for the most common findings (live activity, conducive conditions), have a ready recommendation that addresses it.
Write the text as it should read to clients — termite reports often support real estate transactions, so precise, consistent wording matters.
Keep prices current. Since this Price flows into estimates, review it whenever your pricing changes.
Examples
Common termite recommendations include:
Full subterranean termite treatment (liquid barrier)
Bait station installation and monitoring
Localized / spot treatment
Repair of termite-damaged wood
Correct moisture / conducive conditions
Annual renewal/warranty inspection
Important Note: Anytime you change something in Settings, your techs must Reload Data in the mobile app to see the change.
