The name of my brand doesn’t appear when I send campaigns or flows. What should I do?

The brand name may appear in the background, but it is usually the number that is displayed until the user interacts with one of your messages.

To ensure your name appears, you can request account verification.

This option is not always available. In that case, after sending several hundred messages, META will evaluate the quality of the messages sent from your number and will display your name accordingly.
