Sometimes, the location you have pinned on a map for a customer’s location isn’t quite right. Fortunately, it’s very easy to go in and update it.
How do I update a customer’s location’s geo pin?
First, go to that customer’s Customer Profile page and then click the 3-dot icon next to the location you want to update. Click Edit Location.
In the screen that follows, you can click and drag the geo pin on the map anywhere you’d like.
As you drag and drop the pin, you’ll see the Latitude and Longitude fields update accordingly.
Click Save to save the new location to record.
