The On Market tab shows clients in your database who currently have a property listed on the market. Homsie detects this by matching your clients against MLS listings — so a client can appear here even if they listed with another agent. Open a client to see their market history (listed, sold, or delisted, with price, brokerage, and MLS number) in their Activity panel. It's there to help you spot who's transacting with another agent and reach out when a listing expires.
