I received defective goods. Where should I apply?

If you receive a product of unsatisfactory quality, you may return it immediately upon delivery – by handing it to the courier or returning it to the staff member at the pickup point during order collection.

If contactless delivery has been selected, or if you notice a defective product after the courier has left, please contact the „LastMile“ customer support team via email at support@lastmile.lt or through the LiveChat platform. If possible, please attach a photo of the defective product – this will help us resolve the issue more quickly.

Please note that any issues regarding defective food products must be reported no later than within 72 hours (3 days) from the time of delivery or pickup at the store. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, especially if the products are perishable.

The customer support team is available daily (Mon–Sun) from 08:00 to 22:00.
