You can immediately return the goods of inappropriate quality to the courier during home delivery or to the ,,LastMile'' picker at the time of picking the goods in the store. If the delivery of goods is contactless and/or you notice poor-quality goods after the courier has left, contact ,,LastMile'' customer service by e-mail support@lastmile.lt, or via Livechat messaging platform which you can find in the ,,LastMile'' app and by providing a photo of the goods with a visible defect and a brief description of their inappropriate features on the website.
