After you buy domains or mailboxes, they go through a short automatic setup before they're ready. They won't appear instantly, so a little patience right after purchase is normal. Here's what to expect and the typical timing.
Right after you buy
New domains and mailboxes are set up in the background, so your Domains page or Email accounts page may look empty or show a "pending" status for a short while. This is normal. Refresh the page after a little time rather than assuming something went wrong.
Purchased domains appear on your Domains page once registration completes.
Mailboxes appear on your Email accounts page once they finish provisioning.
Typical timing
Domains: usually become Active shortly after registration. Some can take a little longer while their settings finish applying.
Mailboxes: provisioning and activation typically take about 30–90 minutes. Bulk creation runs in the background without a live progress bar, so it's fine if everything doesn't appear at once.
A domain must be fully Active before the mailboxes on it can finish setting up.
Before you start sending
Even once your mailboxes are active, give them time to warm up before sending at full volume. Starting slowly and ramping up gradually protects your deliverability and helps your emails land in the inbox.
If they still aren't showing up
Refresh the page once and give it a little more time, especially after a bulk order.
Check that your payment went through and is showing on your account.
If you connected your own domain, make sure only the two nameservers we provide are set at your registrar — nothing else.
Avoid placing the same order again while you wait, as repeated attempts can make it unclear how much you actually requested.
If your domains or mailboxes still aren't ready well beyond the timings above, contact us with your account email and the domain or mailbox names involved, and we'll review your specific case.
