What the affiliate program is
Maildoso runs an affiliate/referral program: you earn a 20% commission for every paid customer you refer. The program is managed through a separate affiliate portal (powered by Tolt) at maildoso.tolt.io, not your regular Maildoso account login.
Your referral link
Your affiliate dashboard gives you a unique referral parameter (for example, ?ref=yourcode). You can add this parameter to the end of any link to maildoso.ai — not just the homepage — to attribute a visit to you. From the Links tab, you can also create a short link for easier sharing, and see clicks, commission, and customers generated per link.
What you can see in the portal
Dashboard: total earnings, total clicks, total leads, and total referred customers across all your links, plus your individual links and recent referrals.
Referrals: a full list of people you've referred, with total paid, total commission, status, which product they bought, and which link tracked them.
Payouts: total earned, total paid, your next scheduled payout amount and date, and an upcoming future payout amount and date. You'll need to add a payout method here before you can be paid — there's no default method set.
Reports (Beta): commission and click/conversion performance over a date range, broken down by month, location, traffic source, device, link, or promo code.

Your affiliate account settings
Under Settings, you can update your name, company name, display name, email, and country/region, and add the social channels you promote on (X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitch, Threads, or your own site).
Common issues
A referral isn't showing up or wasn't attributed to you. Attribution depends on the customer reaching maildoso.ai through your tracked link (or a link with your
?ref=parameter) before signing up. The most common reasons a referral doesn't get credited: the customer used a different link (typed the URL directly, used a bookmark, or clicked a different ad/link) after first visiting through yours; their browser or an ad blocker stripped the tracking parameter or blocked the tracking cookie; too much time passed between their click and their purchase; or they already had a Maildoso account before clicking your link. If you believe a specific referral should have been attributed to you, contact us with the customer's email or company name, the approximate date they signed up, and which of your links you shared with them — we'll check the tracking data on our end.Your scheduled payout date has passed and the portal still shows it as unpaid. The Payouts tab displays your next scheduled payout date and amount ahead of time, and that date stays on screen until the payout is actually processed — it isn't a guarantee the money has been sent yet. If the date has passed by more than a few days and the payout still hasn't moved to processed/paid, contact us with the email you use to log in to the affiliate portal and a screenshot of your Payouts tab so we can look into the specific payout.
