To open Settings, click your account email / profile icon in the top-right corner and choose Settings. There are two tabs: General and Sequencers for GW.
General
Global Custom Domain Tracking
This toggle turns Maildoso's global tracking domain on or off for open and click tracking. It's on by default, and you don't need to set up a tracking domain of your own. See Global Custom Domain Tracking (GCDT).
API token
Copy copies your Personal Access Token, which authenticates API and MCP requests.
Regenerate creates a new token and the old one stops working at once — use it only if the token may have leaked, and update every integration that uses it.
The link under the token opens the API documentation at developers.maildoso.com.
The token gives full access to your account, so keep it private. Setup guide: Do you have an API or MCP server?
Sequencers for GW
This tab is for Google Workspace mailboxes only. Connect your sequencer here once, and you can then send Google Workspace mailboxes to it straight from the dashboard. Available sequencers: Plusvibe, Emailbison, Instantly, ReachInbox, Warmy.io, Manyreach and Smartlead.
Click Configure on the sequencer you use and enter the details it asks for.
Go to Email accounts, select your Google Workspace mailboxes and choose Export accounts → Add selected Google accounts to Sequencer.
SMTP mailboxes don't use this tab — export them as a CSV instead. See How do I upload emails to my cold email tool? and Connecting Google Workspace mailboxes to sequencers.
