Requesting a Data Processing Agreement (GDPR DPA) or tax/compliance documents

How to request a signed GDPR Data Processing Agreement, tax residency/withholding forms for renewals, or a correction to the fiscal details on your invoices.

If your company needs formal paperwork from Maildoso — a data processing agreement, a tax form for a renewal, or a correction to your invoice details — support can get these to you, but they usually take longer than a typical ticket because they route through legal/finance.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

If you're subject to GDPR (Art. 28(3)) or a similar data-protection law and need a signed DPA to use Maildoso, contact support with:

  • Your company's full legal entity name and address

  • The email address on your Maildoso account

We'll send our standard DPA for signature. If your legal team requires their own template instead of ours, attach it and we'll have it reviewed — this takes longer than using our standard version.

Tax residency and withholding forms

Some jurisdictions require documentation before a renewal — for example a Tax Residency Certificate, a No Permanent Establishment declaration, or a Form 10F. Contact support and specify exactly which form and jurisdiction you need; we'll route it to finance. Start this well before your renewal date, since these can take a few business days to issue.

Fixing fiscal details on an invoice

If your company name, tax ID, or billing address is wrong on an invoice, contact support with the correct details and the invoice number(s) affected. Already-issued invoices generally can't be edited in place, but we can reissue or credit them depending on your billing setup — see Invoices and receipts for how invoicing normally works. To avoid this on future renewals, update your billing details in your account settings before the next charge goes out.
