How to request a third-party payer agreement
If you already have an active agreement with a public transportation company, then follow these FAQs for NMBS-SNCB, STIB-MIVB, De Lijn or TEC.
If you don't yet have an active agreement, then follow these steps:
Request an agreement with the desired public transport services
SNCB, fill in this form
STIB, send an e-mail to b2b@stib-mivb.brussels with this file filled in.
De Lijn, fill in this form
TEC, send an e-mail to busness@letec.be with this file filled in beforehand
After finishing the steps, you will receive a contract within a few days
Sign the contract electronically
The public transport company will review your contract. After roughly 14 days, your third-party agreement will be activated
