What’s happening?
Parliamentary elections are taking place in Bangladesh this week.
As a result, Bangladesh Bank, the country’s central bank, has imposed temporary restrictions on fund transfers across all banks and financial institutions nationwide.
How does this affect my transactions?
Bangladesh payouts may take longer than usual
We continue processing transactions on our end as normal
Settlement delays may occur until Saturday, February 15
We expect normal processing times to resume after the weekend
Why is this happening?
These restrictions are mandated by Bangladesh Bank and apply to all financial institutions operating in Bangladesh. This is outside of nsave’s control.
What should I do?
At this time, no action is required from you.
