✅ This is an official nsave pricing update. If you noticed a slightly higher fee on a small payout, it's expected. It's not an error and not an unexpected charge.
We've updated the minimum fee on local currency payouts to Bangladesh, Pakistan and Egypt. Here's what changed:

What does this mean for me?
The minimum fee only kicks in on smaller transfers, where the regular percentage fee would come out lower than the minimum. On larger transfers, the usual percentage fee applies, same as before.
The update applies to all users on all plans.
Why did the minimum change?
Every payout comes with a fixed cost from our payout partners, no matter how small the transfer is. On small transfers, the old minimum no longer covered that cost. Updating the minimum lets us keep local payouts running reliably while keeping our percentage fees unchanged.
How can I check the fee before I send?
Before you confirm any payout, the app shows you the exact fee, the exchange rate and the amount your recipient will get. You're never charged more than what's shown on that screen.
💡 Tip: If you usually send several small amounts, sending one larger transfer instead means you pay the minimum once rather than several times.
Does this affect USD transfers to Egypt?
No. Sending in USD to Egypt is still a flat $3.50.
