Connection to Wi-Fi FailedThe device could not connect to your Wi-Fi network. It is recommended you try again after 5 minutes, otherwise contact support | |
| Connection to Server FailedThe device was not able to connect to the Ohdoki servers and is not online. It is recommended you try again after 5 minutes, otherwise contact support |
| Update On-goingThe device is currently updating. Wait 1 to 5 minutes for the process to finish. |
| Machine is stuckThe device has detected obstacles in its path, remove them to continue. If it continues to fail, contact support. |
| Maximum Battery temperature reachedThe device's battery has overheated, please give the machine time to cool down and remove it from the charger if connected |
| Calibration errorThe device could not calibrate correctly. Please remove any obstacles from its path and restart the device. If it continues to fail, contact support. |
| Safe ModeThe device is in Safe Mode and can perform debug commands. |
| Maximum Motor temperature reachedThe device's motor has overheated, please give the machine time to cool down. |
| Software ErrorThe device has encountered a software error. |
| Firmware Update FailedThe device has failed to update it's Firmware and is reverting to the previous version. |
| Firmware Update In-ProgressThe device is currently updating, please let it proceed with the update as necessary. |
| Firmware Update CompleteThe device has successfully updated firmware and is ready to use in the new version. |
