LED Error Codes

Learn what each device is telling you via the LED indicator

In case your Handy 1, Handy 2 or Oh! is facing issues, the LED indicator can tell you a lot about what is happening with the device. Below you can find the currently used Error Codes shown in the LED Indicator.

Connection to Wi-Fi Failed

The device could not connect to your Wi-Fi network. It is recommended you try again after 5 minutes, otherwise contact support

Connection to Server Failed

The device was not able to connect to the Ohdoki servers and is not online. It is recommended you try again after 5 minutes, otherwise contact support

Update On-going

The device is currently updating. Wait 1 to 5 minutes for the process to finish.

Machine is stuck

The device has detected obstacles in its path, remove them to continue. If it continues to fail, contact support.

This status is only used in Handy 1 and Handy 2

Maximum Battery temperature reached

The device's battery has overheated, please give the machine time to cool down and remove it from the charger if connected

Calibration error

The device could not calibrate correctly. Please remove any obstacles from its path and restart the device. If it continues to fail, contact support.

Safe Mode

The device is in Safe Mode and can perform debug commands.

Maximum Motor temperature reached

The device's motor has overheated, please give the machine time to cool down.

Software Error

The device has encountered a software error.

Firmware Update Failed

The device has failed to update it's Firmware and is reverting to the previous version.

Firmware Update In-Progress

The device is currently updating, please let it proceed with the update as necessary.

Firmware Update Complete

The device has successfully updated firmware and is ready to use in the new version.
