How to add your pet's name or other personalization

Add the details offered by your chosen portrait style and check them before generating.

Some Paw Prints styles let you add a pet's name or other text. Personalization options belong to the style, so the fields you see can vary.

Add personalization

  1. Open the Order page and choose a style.

  2. If the style offers personalization, select its personalization button. You may also be prompted for these details when you continue.

  3. In Add your personal touch, fill in the fields shown.

  4. Check the spelling, capitalization, and character count.

  5. Select Save personalization, then continue to your photo and generate the portrait.

For example, the Tattoo Heart style currently offers a Pet name field with a 24-character limit. Other styles may have different fields or limits; follow the labels shown in the form.

Make a correction

You can reopen personalization and edit the details before generating. After generating, inspect any text in the artwork as well as the pet's appearance. AI-generated text may need another attempt or a tweak.

Changing a form field does not by itself confirm a change to an already purchased item. If you have completed your order or chosen its final artwork, contact us through the website chat or at evan@pawprintsai.com with the order number and the correction you need.

No personalization option?

That style may not offer custom text. Choose a style that shows personalization fields if adding a name is essential to your design.
